1885 Queen Anne Victorian Cottage in small town Alameda, a historical island in the San Francisco Bay of California. Beautiful 1885 Queen Anne Cottage Victorian house located on the island of Alameda in the San Francisco Bay. The house is located in a Sycamore tree lined street with Victorians throughout the street which makes it feel like you are in a storybook fairytale. The island of Alameda is a historical small town. The home is about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

There are 2 floors in the Victorian, the upper flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large gourmet kitchen. The upper flat has a small entry foyer that leads into the living room to your left and dining room to the front. From the dining room, there are folding doors that open up to the first bedroom. The door from the dining room leads into the kitchen and there is a door on the left of the kitchen island which opens to the master bedroom and master bathroom. The kitchen leads into the sun room in the back which has a lemon themed wallpaper and has a bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The sun room glass sliding doors open up to the balcony overlooking the backyard. The spiral staircase from the balcony leads to the garden level and the lower level flat. The lower level consists of a bedroom alcove, a bathroom and living/dining room and kitchenette. There is a secret pantry door in kitchenette that leads into a small room. Another secret door disguised as a bookshelf at the end of the hallway in bedroom leads into the garage. The house is about 2100 sq. ft.
