There are 5 spacious lodges providing lots of room for crew lodging, with 13 bathrooms and 12,000 square feet under roof, while only 15 minutes from monticello it is very secluded feeling, with almost no external road or city noise. Almost all supplies and amenities can be found in Monticello which also boasts a super Wal-Mart. There is great weather most of the year excluding july/august when it is usually hot and humid.

The private lake wholly owned by us is fully stocked with a variety of fish types for exciting days of fishing with fish on bites in minutes not hours (not guaranteed) so kids wont get bored sitting around, there are several boats at the boat house, examples:

Canoe, john boat, peddle boats.

The lake has raised banks almost all the way around

(Perfect for filming or photo shoots) and very serene.

Occasionally you can watch birds dive for fish as well, deer sightings are very frequent with the occasional black bear sightings also.the beautiful lake house with deck extending over the lake has a pool table and an upstairs apartment and lots of black topped parking out front.
