It is 8.5 acres in Santa Clarita, CA Canyons provide various 360 views Most everything is gritty, old, weathered. We have a mechanic shop with optional gas pumps, as well as a natural area with canyons, mountains, dry river bed, with a desert vibe and a “breaking bad” styled trailer. In addition to that we have a dedicated indoor production house space 2br 2ba kit, LR for talent or filming.

Can be rented yard/mech shop only or with optional house usage, varying the price for the needs, We have an average track home but there are dedicated BR2 BA 2 LR/KIT for filming with Large Patio with seating. The best thing is the variety of looks in a close proximity, sets are real and the possibilities endless. Some days I end up with 12 clowns hiding in the dark during a scavenger hunt with cheap flashlights that run a chase scene down a dry river bed, or "Rain on Me" with a water truck, host an immigration border crossing, set up an Afghanistan military fight scene & snipper roost, or just kick-it on top of the shipping container with a lounge chair and umbrella soaking in the sun before I go rob a house, slip in a spa kill scene, get away to a gas station, or just fix the truck, where blondie was hand cuffed who knows what happened to him... then bury a guy in the backyard, walk away taking the canyon to a campsite to build a campfire, near the asteroid hole where the Ultraman origin story began, where I meet up with cowboys that escaped from the meth trailer and Tom Sizemore with his pistol avoiding the 1942 Japanese soldier leg blown off guy walking to the garden to play with the kid vampires in the tree house, while getting some much needed counselling under the pepper trees, avoiding the shoot out in between the abandoned cars, and "Boba Breath" parody and still set up a believable Haitian refugee camp in just a few hours, all while avoiding cannibals, "Criddlers", zombies & demonic cars Run Baby Run!! coming soon to a theater near you.... imagine the possibilities!!!
Inside property parking up to 50 cars fits: Military vehicles, Motor homes, Star Wagons all fit. We avoid street parking. If your crew is bigger then 50 there is a church that can be used as a base camp near.
