Atlanta, Georgia Rustic Historical Farm House on 2 Acres film location rental by owner. Conveniently located 35 min north of Atlanta, easy access, 1 acre of flat property for parking, catering, equipment etc.. Rustic charming 120 year old farm house situated on 2 acres. Exterior features, white paint, hand built rustic stone chimney, rocking chair front porch, tin roof, 6 large Oak and Pecan trees in the front yard. Interior features wood burning stove in kitchen, fire place in living room,2 bedroom 1 bath, approx 1400sq ft. The property includes a 24x70 detached garage, a 1938 Sparta camper and a 1958 Crosley mobile home, that could (or not) be used as props. Additionally there are usually 6-8 antique cars, tractors and trucks on the property from the 1920s-1970s, ranging from unrestored to completely restored, again possible props. In the past I've rented this property out for family holiday photo shoots, a soccer equipment commercial photo shoot, and photographer Matt Henry came from England to shoot my property for a book and series of photos that was displayed in the Polka Gallery in Paris France back in the fall of 2018.
