Beautiful flower gardens, 2 lakes, 2 gazebos, a 4,000 sqft pavilion, a front, back, and side entrance (each on a different road), horse trails, woods, a 28,000 sqft barn, a 3,000 sqft equipment bldg, tractors and other farm equipment, horses and mini-horses, and a full time property manager.
Within a 3 mile radius, we also own a car dealership and a bank building - all which can be utilized for a production shoot.
We have a 150 vehicle parking facility across the street from the main entrance. There is ample parking and room for trailer hookups through the back property entrance as well.
