This spacious house was built for entertaining. With its full wet bar, mirrored glass wall and glass shelves and bi-fold mahogany half doors to close it off when not in use. We normally leave it open cause it's rather sexy . A convenient rolling pullout is available for the bartender to serve up your cocktail. There are two pantries on either end of the dining room with double mahogany doors on both sides of the library/living room to close off if there is a need for privacy. The guest rooms are also able to be closed off by the additional solid mahogany doors that also create a sense of privacy.

Ample storage closets are located outside of both guest rooms. The layout of this home was designed for privacy with guest rooms on one end of the home and the master suite on the other. The home is rather nestled into the surrounding mature trees and creates a true sense of park-like seclusion. Either side of the library/living room is flanked with leaded double glass doors; two on the street side of the room on either side of the gas fire place, and three on the rear side of the room which leads to the beautiful bright sun room that leads to the deck with it's custom made hammock and birdhouses. Parking availabilty:

There are two side by side driveway entrances to the property. The first goes directly under the carport, the second driveway splits, one side continues down to the four car garage and garden area, the other curves up to the carport. The carport also has two storage rooms with lighting.
