Welcome to our a little homemade THEME PARK in New Jersey film location rental, with a RANCH style home that looks like a LODGE with decorations on the outside and a 12' x 50' mini WESTERN TOWN with a small MUSEUM of creations i made, with a TIME MACHINE and other Creations. We live on a hill so we have a great view and lots of privacy.

We charge $1000 a day, but the interior of the house will NOT be available for filming. All other locations on our land are available. We have more photos if you would like to see more.
